I have practiced anesthesia and intensive care for more than nine years in two of Sri Lanka's leading teaching hospitals under the supervision of many senior consultants.
I have completed MD Anesthesiology part 1 and 2, at the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. I have already completed my local post-MD training and awaiting compulsory overseas experience before my board certification.
At the moment I'm appointed as Senior Registrar covering up the duties of a Consultant, in a District Hospital for service improvement purposes.
