Working in the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) team on semiconductor device protection and reliability.

• Performing TCAD-based analysis of ESD protection structures and studying electrical characteristics.
• Investigating key ESD parameters including Trigger Voltage (Vt1), Holding Voltage (Vh), and Failure Current.
• Contributing to the optimization of ESD protection solutions for advanced CMOS and GAAFET technologies.
• Supporting device characterization, simulation and reliability assessment activities.
