• Analysis of Raw Materials & Finished Products by using Analytical Techniques with reference to Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP), British Pharmacopoeia (BP), United State Pharmacopoeia (USP) by using analytical instruments Such as GLC, RANCIMAT, UV-Spectrophotometer, GC, Brookfield Viscometer, FTNIR etc.
• Microbiological Analysis of Raw Materials & Finished Products.
• Physical and chemical testing of FUELS, WATER and EFFLUENTS of POWER COGEN PLANT. Monitoring quality of water treatment, Reverse Osmosis, Safe Chemical handling and bulk chemicals used in POWER COGEN PLANT.
• Analysis of Effluent Treatment Plant samples for COD, BOD and other parameters for efficient running of ETP. Operation of STP, ETP, Water treatment plant and overall responsibility to manage the Plant's Environmental Compliance Program.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions on use of company products to the customers.
• Conducting detailed technical presentations for effective product demonstration to penetrate new markets.
• Build a business for the new market and channel that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Customer visits for any solution whenever the problems occurred for both company and customer.
• Collaborate with Marketing Department to launch new products.
• Accountable and responsible for maintaining online QA checks monitoring, RM /PM analysis, FG analysis and release.
• Conducting Audits, Verifying FSSAI & FSSC compliance, facing external audits, closing audit Non-Conformances and submission of NC's Closure reports, implementing CAPA.
• Encourage a Right First Time culture in which employees are appropriately trained and accountable for quality.
• Directly responsible for providing technical guidance to the team and guiding them on resolving performance bottleneck, mitigate/eliminate food safety and quality risk.
• Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organization's annual business plan.
• Execution of new product trial till commercial in line with R&D and supply chain.
• Maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products, to measure performance against established standards.
