• Establish and maintain nurseries for seedling propagation.
• Supervise germination, transplanting, and nurturing of young plants.
• Cultivate and manage seasonal plants such as flowering plants, indoor plants, and outdoor ornamental plants.
• Plan and schedule seasonal planting activities based on climate and local conditions.
