• Maintain documents as required by HO and send it to HO on time
• Maintain the Staff facility and welfare at site and guesthouse
• Making the Gate Passes on – time and Reconciliation monthly basis

• Maintaining all records material in-ward out-ward records & physical Checking. Done by all type of EIP work
• MR.MRN. & Indent posting. Maintaining of all types of store activities
• Phased in every three-month audit related work. Monthly reconciliation of overall material Qty
• Material Planning, Indenting, Ordering, Receiving and Issuing, Safety and security of the material and company assets
• Looking after day-to-day store inventory (receipt & issue) inside store
• Maintaining all records material in-ward out-ward records & physical checking
• Materials loading & unloading. Preparation of daily and monthly receipt, issue
• Maintaining the right materials at the right time of right quality and right quantity as per requirement of the project
• Updating the store record and see the stock position of materials

• All type of material received with test certificate and inspection and clearance from NPCIL client
• All type of material monthly physical verify, and independently handle issue counter
• Maintaining good relation of staff, workman, sub-contractors and vendors
