• Regular audit on line for process handling to improve quality.
• Ensure outgoing quality products man made defects, material mixing and responsible to avoid abnormalities.
• Accountable for maintaining 6s at the soft floor/ manufacturing line and create good working environment.
• Taking meetings on a daily basis with subordinates regarding our targets,rejections 6s,audit issues,etc.
• Capa ,Poko yoke , 7 QC Tools , Lean manufacturing , 6s , 4M , 3R , FAI .
