Working for organization that runs may different banking processes relating to the US/Europe/Middle East and The Asia Pacific, I joined HSBC Invoice Finance UK team as a Customer Service Executive. I was appointed as an Auditor in the department to handle the quality sampling work. I was again appointed and as the Process Specialist of the department to look after all process related training due to my thorough knowledge of all aspects of the process. , I have been recognized and awarded as the best performer on numerous occasions.
And I stepped up in my carrier as a Banker and joined HSBC International Trade Finance Colombo in Aug 2011.
As for my experience as a Cabin Crew, I gained vast experience about the aviation industry, safety, security and hospitality. Also dealing with high profile customers in a demanding environment, problem solving and handling and resolving customer complaints effectively to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and experience. Other than travelling the world, I also had the opportunity to explore many different cultures and meet people from many different walks of life from different parts of the world.
And the path of being a Cabin Crew was truly a wonderful experience in my life.
The most relevent education that I received was my diploma in computer science which aided me grately when it comes to seeking ang and gathering knowledge.
