Engineer-Technical Service at HEALTHWARE INDIA PVT LTD (2023-09 – Present)

• Effective in handling advanced medical equipment including (ESWL) Lithotripsy integrated with C-arm machine, Laser, Lithoclast, ESWT, Ultrasound and Robotic surgical system.
• Performed installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Toumai robotic surgical system. Coordinated with surgical teams to ensure uninterrupted operation during robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Responsible for creating quotations and raising sales order in SAP, handling timely contract renewals and updating daily call activities regularly to ensure smooth business operations
• Ensure attending and fixing of breakdowns in shortest possible time.
• Participated and leading role in sales opportunities such as Consumables, Contract renewals and Customer relations. Prepare and finalize job details for Invoicing.

• Asset Registration, Maintain list of manuals, Maintaining Asset list for total Hospitals, department wise and equipment wise with details of installation date, warranty period, accessories provided, consumables used etc.
• Performing Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the machine back in operation within minimum turn around time.
