- In-charge of Shop floor for Assembly, Production & Maintenance ( New product and machinery development, Inward QC, Fabrication of components, Maintenance of Plant) Managing 35 permanent subordinates and reporting to Plant head/ Director.
- Machine development, Design concept & reviews Drawing, (BOM/BSR) checking & validation before release for manufacturing.
- Planning, Quality checking of inward components, Assembly, Optimising assembly process, trial taking of machines & modifications, customer demo.
- Developing vendors.
- Troubleshooting, Utility Maintenance (Compressor, Cooling & Heating Unit)
- Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites, trouble shooting.
- Attending customer calls for technical support. Managing service engineers and spare parts for Customers.
- We are maintaining 5S methodology.
