Own end-to-end data, metrics, and financial tracking for the Batch Legacy team covering Rs. 65 Crore+ in annual revenue across 5-7 large-scale events and 35+ concurrent projects. Built this infrastructure from scratch and continue to run it single-handedly.
Designed and implemented an integrated data and reporting system pulling from ERP/EPR records, payment portals, bank transactions, and legacy databases brought reconciliation accuracy to 100% and cut down significant manual effort in the process.
Built automated Power BI dashboards that track collections, fund utilisation, and project-level performance across 2,000+ accounts and 10+ geographies. Leadership can now pull real-time answers without waiting on reports and the team has contributed to Rs. 100 Crore+ in cumulative donations.
Work closely with Finance and Program Management teams to validate fund allocations against ERP and bank records, and turn that into clean, compliance-ready reports for internal and institutional stakeholders.
Built a propensity scoring model in Python (logistic regression and random forest) across 100+ high-value profiles analysed giving patterns, interests, and capacity to help the team prioritise who to engage and when.
Set up the reporting and financial tracking structure for the Batch Legacy team from the ground up templates, workflows, and audit-ready documentation that the team still relies on today.
