I’m a Doctorate, MBA and a Seasoned HR professional with 8 years of experience working in relentless and resilient Start up Culture. In my current role, I am responsible for driving strategic talent priorities to support organization’s vision and goals. As a part of the India Leadership Team, I also contribute to India site level strategy and decision making.

I have been adding value to the organization with my expertise specifically in the file of Talent Management, HR Projects, L&D, Talent Acquisition for Non-IT/IT domain (Sales, Financial Planning & Wealth Management, Procurement) with experience not limited to only end to end recruitment but also hand in hand with HR Benefits, BP and HR Operations with a knack in Employee Engagement and Relations.
