Manages finance and accounts operations for 350 distributors across seven states. Responsible for external customer management, logistics execution (inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes), and information systems support.

• External Customers: Manage 350 distributors across seven states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya)
• Inbound Process: Stock taking against STNs & POs, reporting differences (damage/shortage/excess) to HO, entering collections (DD, Cheque) in the system, ensuring Road permit follow-up, follow-up of In-transit Stock to transporters
• Outbound Process: Entering orders, creating invoices, making deliveries (PGIs), generating picking slips and invoices, creating CST (Out going), processing cheque bounces and Cr/Dr Note adjustments, preparing Credit Notes for customer returns
• Internal Warehouse Process: Stock adjustment (Batch Difference/Exp Date & Rate Difference), stock adjustment (SAV, CTV, SWV), inactivation of damage stocks
• Information System: Handle all customer queries (Sales Data, Outstanding issues)
• Sales & Distribution: Generate sales reports, manage credit, reply to marketing and dealer queries
• Sales & Collections reporting on regular basis, pending orders status, stock position updates
• Credit Management: Advise on credit requirements based on party credibility to HO
• Sales Tax: Provide sales and sales return data to tax consultant, follow-up on Road Permit availability, coordinate with tax consultant on Sales Tax Returns
• Employee Payroll: Salary, TA Bill, Incentives disbursement for Assam & NE State Company employees
• Statutory Compliance: Employee and Company Prof Tax payment responsibility, timely renewal of Trade licence & Shop & Establishment Act
