Enterprise and Solution Architecture (Business process automation)
- Conducting business driver analysis by understanding organizational business vision, strategy, and problem situations at the business-IT intersection.
- Articulating problem statements, formulating business cases, solution hypotheses, identify scope, approach and cost for engagements (e.g., RFI/RFP or solution initiatives).
- Performing business value analysis to rationalize IT decisions among the stakeholders.
