Resolved hardware, software, and access-related issues, supported endpoint security, and maintained incident documentation. Actively transitioning into SOC analysis with interest in log monitoring and incident triage.
Pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Cyber Security with a current CGPA of 6.87. Gaining practical knowledge in networking, operating systems, IT support, and information security, with hands-on exposure to system administration and security fundamentals relevant to IT Support and SOC roles.
