Estimation of physico-chemical parameters (pH, grain size, mineralogical composition), concentration in sediment and leaves of mangrove species (A. marina) for heavy metals & naturally occurring radionuclides (NORMs) using Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence and Gamma Spectrometry, respectively, magnetic susceptibility in sediments, bioconcentration factor from sediment to the leaves of A. marina.
Assessment of pollution status and radiation hazards, relationship using statistical approach for physico-chemical parameters with heavy metals, NORMs, magnetic susceptibility, and magnetic susceptibility with heavy metals, NORMs.
