I hold an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School, Dehradun, and a BBA from Aligarh College of Engineering & Technology. My career began as a Digital Marketing Intern at Quarks Technosoft, where I gained hands-on experience in campaign analysis, lead generation, and reporting.
I then worked as a Management Trainee at Torfac India, where I assisted in primary and secondary research, data organization, and client/vendor coordination. My most recent and significant role was as an Analyst in Global Data Procurement & Panels at Nepa Production India Pvt Ltd. In this role, I supported international market research projects by managing panel vendors, evaluating feasibility, maintaining CRM data (Salesforce), preparing sales and performance reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely project execution.
With over 2 years of experience in market research operations and data analysis, I have developed strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), CRM management, database cleanup, reporting, and cross-functional communication. I enjoy turning data into insights that drive sales and operational efficiency. Currently, I am exploring opportunities in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Market Research, where I can contribute to data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
