✓ Responsible for the End to End life cycle of an asset (From Ordering till Disposal).
✓ Worked on the MLDB tool for the disposal of the assets from processing the request to till the assets has been picked from the Data Center.
✓ Capitalization of assets into the Finance books to calculate the depreciation of an asset.
✓ Maintain the Inventory for clients which helps the clients to maintain the accuracy and track their assets easily.
✓ Creation of campus id in LMDB (Location Management Database) for the new location which helps the clients to locate the assets easily based on the campus id.
✓ Responsible for conducting the Physical Inventory Verification (PIV) and Physical Inventory Tracking (PIT) for the clients which helps the clients to do the Physical checks of their inventory.
✓ Responsible for HW maintenance renewals.
✓ Worked on HW Resuable/ Optimization.
✓ Responsible for maintaining Inventory of clients and share it with them when they require.
✓ Worked on the asset transfers.
I have done M.Com in accouting and Finance but looking for an asset management analyst role.
