I’m Dona Johnson, an MBA graduate in HR and Finance with 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. My journey has allowed me to contribute to dynamic organizations like Talrop and Aabasoft, where I have managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

I’m passionate about creating a positive and engaging work culture that aligns employee growth with organizational goals. I take pride in my ability to connect people and opportunities, streamline HR processes, and foster collaboration across teams.

Beyond my professional role, I’m driven by continuous learning, teamwork, and creative approaches to people management. My interests in business networking and management through theatre reflect my belief that every interaction is an opportunity to inspire and grow.

Additionally, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Mar Augusthinose College, MG University (2018–2021), which built my understanding of business principles, management practices, and teamwork.
