I am a Doctorate with more than a decade experience in teaching industry. A mixture of both as an Academician and Administrator,I have the skills to lead the team from front also understand the requisites of stakeholders ( students).

I have led a team of 40 members as Head of the Institution. I have faced critical situations, managed conflicts, reviewed team performance and imbibed positivity in team and organisation.
