Greetings of the day.

My Ph.D. on Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management along with in depth subject knowledge helps me to form a strong bond with students and colleagues.

Work life balance in the UAE and my passion to learn new technology, helped me perform at my maximum potential which was appreciated by my principal and colleagues during my time with MOE UAE. Continuous professional development in terms of the latest trends helps me to conduct my teaching learning process thus bringing out the best in me. Especially enjoyed working with the younger colleagues which was reciprocated. Age is just a number.

I have an experience as a Principal for 2 years as well as a teacher for 25 years. I have an experience of teaching the UAE MOE curriculum, AP Biology curriculum along with State board, CBSE and ICSE curriculum's.

During my time with MOE UAE, I developed the requisite skills for the online teaching learning process through training sessions conducted by MOE and also by attending courses conducted by Athabasca University, Canada.

I have a Ph.D. besides M.Sc. (Marine Zoology), M.A. (Education), B.Ed. from Mumbai University and also have a Diploma in School Management.

I have an IELTS score of Band 8.

I had to resign from the MOE position as the deadline for my Ph.D. was approaching and it was not possible to travel for the final submission due to the Corona restrictions. Now I intend to continue my work in UAE till retirement if given an opportunity.

24years as a Biology teacher and 2 years as a Principal. Worked with MOE UAE as Biology teacher for 2 years.
