I am Dr. Babu Balakrishnan from Vellore, India. I have completed Ph.D., in Cancer Biology from Bharathidasan University, India. Also, I have completed certification courses in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 15189:2012, CPQIH, CPHIC, and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt). Overall, I have 16+ years of experience in hospitals as well as in the biotech industry.

I have expertise in Lab Operations, Quality Management, Risk Management, Team Management, Quality Audit, Quality tools & techniques, lean six sigma tools and techniques such as DMAIC and Kaizen tools and techniques such as value stream mapping, DOWNTIME, Brainstorming activities, Cause-effect diagram, 5 why's, FMEA, 5S, etc.
