Her research focused on analyzing the various factors that affect the customer Satisfaction in Micro insurance models. The study offered a comparative evaluation of formal insurance models and community-based alternatives, highlighting the gaps in financial protection, claim settlement, and awareness. Her work contributes valuable insights into health financing strategies aimed at promoting inclusive and sustainable healthcare access in urban India.
