Dr.
Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy with over a decade of distinguished experience in teaching, research, academic mentoring, and interdisciplinary scholarship across institutions of repute. He received his academic training from prestigious institutions, including the University of Delhi and Panjab University, cultivating a strong intellectual foundation that bridges philosophy, science, technology, and Indian knowledge traditions. His primary area of specialization is Philosophy of Technology, with broader research interests encompassing Indian Philosophy, Philosophical Counselling, Indian Knowledge Systems, and the philosophical implications of emerging technologies.
Dr. Kumar is a UGC-JRF (Junior Research Fellow) awardee and has qualified for the UGC-NET examination with distinction. His scholarly work has been published in SCOPUS-indexed and peer-reviewed journals, with research contributions focusing on technological determinism, consciousness studies, Indian metaphysics, human values, and the contemporary relevance of Indian Knowledge Systems.
He actively explores the interface between modern scientific discourse and classical philosophical traditions, aiming to evolve ethically grounded and culturally rooted frameworks for contemporary society. Beyond research and teaching, he serves as a certified Philosophical Counselor and an Advaita Vedānta 'Shankar Doot' under the aegis of the Ministry of Culture, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Dr.
