- General outpatient treatment
- Basic first aid treatment including medical emergencies and injuries
- Escorting patients in the ambulance on a need basis
- Immunization services
- Property upkeep and maintenance of medical records
- Conduct vertigo test for contract workers working at height
- Health education including advisory services on family planning, personal hygiene, environmental sanitation and safety
- Referral services and co-ordination with hospital where employees or their dependents are admitted
- Pre-employment and Periodic medical examination of contract workers and Permanent employees
- Organizing Health & welfare camps and programs inside GAIL and nearby villages
- Impart First Aid/Wellness related sessions
- Periodical inspection & upkeep of First Aid Equipment and Ambulance
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
