By profession I'm a Doctor.I have completed BHMS,,MBA(Health care Administration),ACLS & BLS,PGDHHM.
After completing Bachelor's degree in homoeopathy in yr. 2014 I was working as a Registered medical officer in pvt hospital.working in Intensive care department.
completed pg and full time master's degree in Health care Administration.in year 2019. And continuously working as a quality Assurance officer and administrator in hospital.handling intensive care dpt administrative and management.quality control ,and delivering training & education to staff. Doing medical audit,death audit and case audit.quality assessment gap analysis and planning to fill gaps.
Currently working under gvt organisation as a quality Assurance officer and monitoring 35 gvt Hospitals.implementing national programmes at all hospitals and doing accreditation process.
Handled COVID 19 national portal ,COVID death Audit of corporation and district all gvt and pvt hospitals.
Grievance process,and and implemented different schemes provided by gvt.
I m having total 8-9 yrs clinical and administrative work experience in health care organisation in different areas.
Would like to work in health care organisation as a quality officer , to do work for better improvement in health care organization infection control and prevention,
administrator etc.
