Coordination of medical services interacting with consultants, medical officers, medical services dept. & other clinical departments.
Direct, and supervise work activities of medical staff.
Ensure the smooth operations of all departments within the hospital. Duty scheduling of all clinical staff including MO.
Ensure the smooth flow of all patient services and facilities
5thedition-NABH-Overall implementation of quality standards.
Quality Performance Review(QPR) data collection, analysis and presentation
BRM(business review meeting) data collection for medical administration and its presentation
All quality committee meetings- MOM review and further reporting
Medical Records (MRD) Supervision, internal audits.
Corporate Desk & TPA – Liasoning and solving the medical queries with communication with consultants.
Carry out tasks assigned by the management in regard to daily operations.
Attending Patient queries and Patient care facilitation.
Clinical department management.Monthly MIS reporting
LEGAL licenses renewal and follow up. Insurance process.
Find out the departmental performance ,Oversee discipline of staff for their work profile, working efficiency and report them to respective HODs.
