Result-orientated project team leader with 2 and half years of experience covering project and product management including developing, implementing and supporting complex infrastructures for fast growing startups. I have also worked as a Medical officer at hospitals related to patient care within all departments. Initiating and managing projects in accordance with all relevant guidelines, legislation and SOPs;
Monitoring the progress of the project plan and performance indicators for quality and budget;
Identifying risks, and developing and implement plans to mitigate risks in collaboration with team members and other stakeholders;
Acting as a daily point of contact for the sponsor and members of the team; Reporting progress to the internal project team and stakeholders; and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Managing project finances in accordance with the sponsor contract and budget; attending in bid defence meetings.
Devote half of workday to treating patients in a clinical setting and the other half to administrative responsibilities
Cooperate with the executive team to initiate procedures, regulations and programs to benefit patients and support health center fiscally
Monitor clinical performance and find ways to improve it both administratively and clinically
Institute a behavioral framework for all health care providers at clinical services locations
Attending workshops, running vaccination related programs in the assigned locations.
