I am clinical Pharmacist currently working in NIMS HOSPITAL, Jaipur. Participating in quality improvement projects to enhance medication-related processes and patient care outcomes.Counseling patients and caregivers on the proper use of medications, including dosing, administration, potential side effects, and interactions.Promoting adherence to medication regimens to improve treatment outcomes.providing training to 30 intern students from last one year related to clinical services given by clinical pharmacist in In-patient departments.
