I am a dedicated Ayurveda practitioner with a clinical experience of 5 years. I practice authentic Ayurveda. I am also an Ayurveda Psychotherapist. I practice smrithi meditation ( a type of guided meditation) which is very effective in managing several psycho somatic problems.
I have 5 years of experience as an Ayurveda Consultant.
I worked as Residential Medical Officer at Ahalia International Foundation Ahalia Ayurveda Hospital Palakkad Kerala.
Later I had set up my own clinic at my native and started practicing there.
In Smrithi Meditation I have an experience of 2 years. I have done smrithi meditation to more than 50 cases having psychic involvement.
