I Am a Permanently approved Associate professor at NSCT’s IBMR. And a PhD Research Guide at Neville Wadia Institute of Management and Research management and research at Pune University [SPPU] in 2022. My Approval as associate professor is since 01-03-2017.

I am in 2022 a NAAC coordinator at an MBA affiliated institute at Pune University. I had in academics worked as full time faculty teaching MBA/PGDM students at different management colleges. I had worked full time for 5 years at IIMP- Indira group at wakad, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth and ASM group at Pune.

I am an approved evaluator & question paper setter at university examination centre SPPU and also work as external Guide for MBA VIVA for Pune University.

I am an approved PhD guide [Marketing Management] at Pune university
