I have a strong academic background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in general and Power Electronics & drives with dynamic institution administrative experience as HOD, Vice-Principal, Principal i/c with strong exposure in OBE, AICTE examinations reforms, relative grading system based results, assessment strategies, NBA and NAAC accreditation process. I was instrumental in setting up of the new value-added courses related facilities and was part of various committees in the previous and present Institutions /universities.
I believe that my 22+ years of teaching and administrative experience make me a strong candidate for that position. 7 Candidates have completed their PhD under my supervision and handled the funded projects with the total worth of Rs.50 Lakhs.
