I am a dedicated educator with a profound passion for teaching, rooted in a commitment to fostering an enjoyable learning environment for my students. My primary objective is to enhance human capital by cultivating a culture of innovation and creativity. I draw inspiration from the visionary leaders Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and #Dr.RajeshArora who have shaped my educational philosophy.
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Rajesh Arora for affording me the opportunity to collaborate with him, and I eagerly anticipate the prospect of working together once more. I firmly believe in a proactive approach, where individuals present solutions rather than problems.
In my pursuit to contribute to the progress of our nation, I advocate for the creation of employment generators. I have had the privilege of founding and directing events such as "NSS is L.I.E-2014," focusing on Leadership, Innovation, and Excellence, as well as "Survival of the Fittest-2014," a dynamic 96-hour game for NSS camp participants. I also served as the Program Director for "WAR on POVERTY," a significant initiative declared by the NSS team in 2014.
I subscribe to the notion that "CORRECTION of mistakes is called as an experience," and I am deeply committed to cultivating an environment of creativity and innovation for students. My vision centers on engaging students in research activities and promoting a holistic educational experience that transcends the confines of traditional exams.
