Development of an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system for dysarthric and non-dysarthric speech using Qwen3-ASR-1.7B-hf with GPU and cuDNN acceleration, aimed at improving speech recognition accuracy and accessibility. Development of a GLM-OCR-based intelligent document converter that extracts text, mathematical equations, and images from various document formats and converts them into editable Microsoft Word documents. Development of automated speech-data labeling algorithms for dysarthric and normal speech to support accurate and accessible assistive speech technology.
Multisensor fusion integrates multiple sensor data to improve the accuracy, robustness, and reliability of motion estimation, orientation, and positioning. Development of deep learning-based object detection and instance segmentation methods for accurate identification, localization, and delineation of objects in remote sensing imagery. Development of deep learning-based methods for object detection, instance segmentation, and speckle-noise reduction in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery to improve image quality and object recognition.
Design and optimization of a four-edge gap-coupled microstrip antenna with an I-shaped resonator superstrate to enhance gain, bandwidth, radiation efficiency, and overall performance for microwave/mmWave wireless communication applications. Development of a large-scale Sentinel-1 SAR dataset for small-ship detection, enabling deep learning-based methods to accurately identify and localize small vessels in complex maritime environments.
