I have very good experience in furniture manufacturing at senior level. I had Gulf experience as well
Projects: Developed and executed a project for the manufacturing of customized Furniture, retail furniture, all kinds of joinery/fit-out, wooden items and modular furniture as per CAD drawings. Manufacturing Facility including Planning of Material, Man Power and equipment selection. Developed Paint shop, subassembly line, and Assembly line.
Assembly: Retail furniture, customized and Modular Furniture.
Painting: Liquid Painting (PU paint, 2k paint, polish) of components for Furniture by using hot and cold chambers
Inspection &Testing: Developed standards and Acceptance criteria for the Furniture.
Site Installation: installation of ready product at site according to drawing by following all safety and site rules
Analytical Skill: Preparing BOM and BOQ, Plant Capacity calculations, Budget & cost-benefit analysis.
Process Development for production, Process flows, Floor area utilization and plant layouts.
Man Management: Training team members & associates on SOPs, Safety, Leadership skills, Team building, Modern manufacturing methods, and Waste elimination. Performance review through KRA. Training: Hands-on training, on Job training on Machine and equipment operations and Handling. Training on Processes & Floor Discipline. , Team building, Leadership skills and SOP.
