• 4. Loan & Credit Operations - Processing of Gold loans, Take loan applications, Verify documents, Forward to sanction officer / loan processor.
• 5. Deposit & Investment Services - Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit management, Interest calculation and maturity payments, Third-party products (Mutual Funds, Insurance – depending on bank)
• 6. Customer Service Operations - Handling customer queries and complaints, Issuing cheque books, passbooks, Updating mobile number, Aadhaar, PAN, Answering queries (balance, statement, charges), Resolving complaints (unauthorized debits, failed transfers), Escalating complex cases to relationship managers or IT helpdesk.
• 7. Digital Banking Support - Internet banking and mobile banking activation, UPI, ATM, debit/credit card services, Blocking/unblocking cards, Supporting customers with digital transactions.
• SALES: 1. Managing ETB (existing-to-bank) and NTB (new-to bank) customer Acquisition.
• 2. Sourcing and activating CASA (current & savings accounts) and term deposits (TD).
• 3. Consistently promoted life insurance products to achieve business goals.
• 4. Increased Product Per Customer (PPC) by cross-selling RD, SIP, Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, Demat, and NPS.
