I have a 1 year of working experience in Paytm Payment Bank as customer service executive. My job responsibility was to help people with there payment related issue. While working I have learned a lot. I have grown in my professional skills. I have gained leadership quality as I was on floor support to help new staff members to learn there work. I have backend work experience as well in same field.

I have worked as customer service executive in Paytm. My job responsibility was to help customer with there payment related issue and to help them with the relevant information. In Paytm I have working experience with Wallet department where I was supposed to handle Paytm Wallet related issue. On the other hand I have UPI and Theft experience as well. While working in Theft department my responsibility was to raise complaint for the theft or fraud happened with customer.

I have done my 10th and 12th from CBSE Board and completed my graduation from IGNOU University. I have done my graduation in BA Programs.
