Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. Contracts management.
Quarterly auditingof Assets.
AMC maintenance (CCTV, AHU, Fire Safety & UPS).
Hotel management (Booking of rooms, events, trainings,etc.).
Attendance & Invoice processing for the contract employees. (HK, Security, Technician & Pantry boys).
Guest housemanagement.
Point of contactfor any PO releases for the new and existingvendors. Space Management.
Tracking of telecommunication and data connection issued to employees. Conduct mock drillon quarterly basis.
Initial checking of the bills with the DC & forward it to the finance department. Ensure proper manning at site with proper uniforms,grooming & good manners.
Cafeteria Managements- Conducting Monthly meeting, Menu planning, Dailyfood check.
Prepare MIS and shareit to the management in timely manner.
Documenting the compliance documentsof HK, Technician, Securities &Housekeeping vendor.
Library Management.
Have been handlingclient visits- Coordinated guest relations by interacting with offshore & onshore associates for the client visiting Impetus premises at Bangalore region.
Arranging the requirements for the Month end celebrations. Coordinating with the HR in organizing the monthly Spice event.
Support extended in arranging internalevents (all hands meet, Kids day at work, Family day outing, meeting, etc.).
Acting as infohub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock,petty cash, courier,florist, pest control,housekeeping, etc. coordinating with Builders in case of issues
