• Leading a cross-functional team of engineers for project execution for ExxonMobil Guyana projects and stakeholder management in all stages of Design Reviews.
• Engineered critical components including UTAs, Mudmats, Padeyes, and Cathodic Protection systems in accordance with API standards.
• Performed ROV Impact, Non-standard Mudmat FEA, and HISC (Hydrogen Induced Stress Cracking) analyses for small bore tubings in subsea distribution systems.
• Reviewed hydraulic and electrical schematics; created MQC Inboards for manifolds.
• Worked on Cobra Heads (CH) and Steel Flying Leads (SFLs), ensuring compliance with interface and design requirements. Revised check valve positioning to mitigate ROV tool interface in a cobra head under tight space constraints.
• Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for a Delrin plate tube routing issue, identifying failure mechanisms and implementing corrective design actions.
• Developed solutions for secondary CP continuity in Electrical and Optical Distribution systems.
