Researcher in miRNA-based Cancer and Disease Biomarker Research
I am a dedicated researcher with a PhD background in molecular biology, currently focused on miRNA-based cancer and disease biomarker research. My work investigates the regulatory roles of specific miRNAs in disease pathogenesis and their diagnostic and therapeutic potential. I have extensive experience in miRNA profiling, in silico target prediction, validation by qRT-PCR, and functional analysis using mammalian cell culture models.
My expertise extends to designing and optimizing cell-based assays to study gene regulation, RNA–protein interactions, and cellular signaling. With a strong foundation in molecular and cellular biology, bioinformatics, and translational research, I aim to contribute to the development of miRNA-driven diagnostic tools in precision medicine. I am currently more focused to product development-oriented research as can be found in company R&Ds.
I am looking for positions as a research scientist in reputed companies which possess strong R&Ds.
