Responsible for preparing Architecture, Structural, Drainage, add omit bills. Providing quantities and monitor activities. Involved in construction activities as per the contract drawings on the basis of specification & contract agreement. Layout as per the contract drawings and execute drainage work. Making and checking bar bending schedule of sub contractor's bill as per the contract. Perform such other duties as assigned by the employer.

• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculation
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
• Have a good knowledge all plumbing work of Residential and commercial projects
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect
• Contract with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Assist in obtaining, participating and assisting continuous updating and accurate generation of as built documents
• Project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required
