- Carryout Mix designs and field trials of respective mixes of Shotcrete and Concrete in coordination with immediate client.
- Exercise daily visits to site for inspecting and implementing quality standards.
- Perform quality testing inside the tunnel like of Rock bolt Pullout test, Insitu Core testing and Initial strength test (by penetrometer) etc.
- Perform NDT testing of materials like Ultrasonic pulse velocity, Rebound hammer etc. on site.
- Prepare and get approved various Method statements for civil execution work to be implemented at site to avoid delaying.
- Formulate monthly billing work on measurement book and produce separate detailed bill of quantities.
- Check and test on the newly arrived material of construction at site to verify its suitability according to the standard.
- Prepare Monthly progress report of latest site work to get it approved and timely submitted for billing purpose.
