• Responsible for managing inventory, Right merchandise and proper Display to attract the customer for seasonal items for designated section
• Involved in day to day operation, on vital aspect of sale like positive language, understanding the needs of the customer, handling queries, suggestive selling etc
• Involving in all daily operation, including promotional activity, interacting with all dept
• To gather customer & employee feedback and judge patterns, trends to initiate specific actions for continues improvement of total customer experience in store
