• Receipt of Research Cell Bank & Preparation of Master and Working cell bank for Pichia pastoris, E.coli and all the NCIM culture maintenance, storage and documentation for prepared cell bank
• Preparing Culture Maintenance & Inoculum Preparation protocol as per Technical Data provided by R&D and Executing the activity as per schedule maintained by production.
• Actively involving in production inoculum development from Media preparation, Inoculation and carefully monitoring the inoculum till issuing inoculum to production.
• In-process sampled & carried out testing for fermenter sample to examine the batch.
• Preparation of protocol, SOP and involved in QMS activity
• Manage Receipt, storage, handling and maintenance of dehydrated and prepared media and performed GPT Test for all the new and existing media
• Microbial Limit test & Test for specified Microorganism
• Water sample collection and analysis and reporting
• Environmental Monitoring for clean room and isolates the organism from the environment and water
• Bacterial Endotoxin Test (Chromogenic Method-Quantitative method).
• Attended ISO, Customer audit, Etc.,
• Able to operate and maintenance and monitor the Maintenance of Documents and calibration schedule for usage instruments and equipment's like Autoclave, BOD incubators, Microscope, Dry bath, Microbial colony counter as per schedule.
