As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, I troubleshoot complex issues related to core OpenStack services, Pacemaker, haproxy, and rabbitmq, using my expertise in OpenStack, KVM, and Linux.
I also contribute to the intern's program and university outreach at Red Hat, sharing my knowledge and passion for open source technologies with the next generation of engineers. I participate in OpenStack meetups, where I network with other professionals and learn about the latest trends and developments in the field. I aim to continuously improve my skills and deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
