Managing the entire group's Corporate Development and Marketing. The group has business in Hospitals, Ecommerce, ImplantManufacturing, etc with a totalgroup turn over of over 7 million USD. Building a brand awarenessand visibility for the World'slargest Joint replacement Centre.
As part of a Management team, my team is responsible for planning, executing, and implementing company's marketing and communication activities based on the business and marketing strategies. The total marketing budget spend has been around 4% of the total revenues.
My role is both strategicand operational, managingmarketing and communication projects in close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues.
I am responsible for driving the Business growth for the total 14 hospitals spread across India, with a team of over 150 seniorand junior team members. Poweredwith new strategic ideas to createa growth path to achieve the desired results. Within 5 months the impact of the new initiatives and growth have been visible where the occupancy has gone up by 27% in the last 2 months and its growing steadily.
Besides created large milestones which have been planned and executed successfully across the group.
The other large growing portfolio is of the Implants company - Consensus, based in the US, which has been taken over by Shalby and renamed as Shalby AdvancedTechnologies (SAT). This entire branding, marketing and communications is managed by my team.
