• Drafting and preparation of various statutory applications, notices, letters, and legal documents pertaining to CHS redevelopment projects, including correspondences with BMC, MHADA, SRA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Comprehensive co-ordination with Co-operative Housing Societies, existing members, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement (PAAA) holders, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of redevelopment timelines.
• Handling, organising, and managing all project-related documents including title documents, approvals, NOCs, agreements, and statutory certificates — maintaining a structured and updated document repository.
• Conducting visits to BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation), MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority), and other government offices for submission of applications, follow-up on approvals, and resolution of queries.
• End-to-end management of PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements) of existing society members — co-ordinating execution, registration, and record-keeping.
• Seamless co-ordination with the Legal Department, Finance Department, and Accounts Department for document verification, financial compliance, and agreement processing.
• Liaising with Project Engineers and Architects for technical documentation, site-related approvals, and integration of design/engineering inputs into statutory filings.
• Assisting the Project Management Consultant (PMC) in filing tenders and related documentation as required under the CE/1/2009 process for CHS redevelopment.
• Attending Society General Body Meetings, Managing Committee meetings, and other official gatherings; preparing and maintaining meeting minutes and follow-up action records.
