Taking care of Sector 150 site – Godrej Nest, Nurture & Godrej Palm Retreat post sales backend work i.e. allotments, agreements, stage-wise/timely payment demand generation, receipts, transfers, possession etc.
Ensure timely information flow to customer’s project specific to ensure cash inflow as per the payment schedule.
Responsible for all documentation, support and feedback information post sales from booking till the possession of property.
Taking care of banking approvals, coordination with various departments for approval docs.
Outstanding Levels maintained at less than 10% of Total billing.
SPOC for the training for SOP’s and System (Salesforce) for new joinees.
Reporting to CRM Heads and Project Director on project performance
