Project Description – Highscape City, located in Chembur, is a residential & commercial development spread across 14 acres, comprising eight 36-storey saleable towers with combined basement and 6-level podium, along with 5 SRA buildings of G+23 floors. Role - Site Engineer / Quantity surveyor
- Extracting material quantities of steel, concrete, excavation, backfilling, Tiling, Paint, MS structural works, fabrication, and PQC road construction from GFC drawings for procurement related to Sale Towers 1 & 2.
- Maintaining Joint Measurement Records (JMR) and performed preliminary contractor bill verification.
- Preparing steel and concrete consumption tracking and conducted monthly reconciliation reports.
- Supervising daily site activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution of civil works as per GFC drawings e.g. PT slab, Aluminium formwork, conventional formwork & infra work (PQC).
- Preparing micro schedules and monitored weekly work progress, identifying potential causes of delays.
- Responsible for maintaining and coordinating drawing tracking sheets, RFIs, and IR with the Design team.
- Preparing and maintaining documents like Hindrance, Checklist Pourcard, progress charts, Drawing register, Daily labour report etc.

Project Description – Head Office Borivali (E) consist of 5 ongoing & 3 upcoming projects
- Weekly contractor bills verification & monthly material Reconciliation on site.
- Extracted Quantities for material procurement, contractor BOQ & Bill cross verifying e.g. UPVC fins, gypsum, sliding window, MS grill, painting, Tiling.
- Draft Contracts & Purchase orders from previously approved documents with similar specifications
- Maintain Site progress reports for material forecasting & bill verification.
- prepared comparative statements for material PO w.r.t. cost, quality, consumption.
- Maintain Debit records, coordination with account team for future 15 days contractor & supplier bill amount.
