To perform line clearance of dispensing, manufacturing, and Washing area along with area monitoring, and material verification.
To perform in-process checks in Dispensing,manufacturing and Washing area.
Thorough Review and release of BMR and BPR and online document review.
To Perform In Process Quality Assurance & Sampling Check for Dispensing, Manufacturing Washing Operation of Parenteral
Verification of logbooks in the Dispensing, Manufacturing, Washing area for Good Documentation Practice.
Verification of the cleaning Status Label, Preventive Maintainance, Calibration Lable &Validation Label are valid.
To Monitor & record temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure of respective Area
Any difficulty or deviation in the procedure to immediate report supervisor/manager.
To monitor and carry out sampling of validation as per approved validation protocols.
Issuance of Logging &QMS Documents like change control, deviation,CAPA, incidence, Breakdown.
Maintaining Issuance of Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record and issuance Logbook
