- Maintaining 5S & JH Check sheet as per define format
- Handling Customer Process- product, Control plan audit
- Attending weekly review meeting for new products kick-off
- Responsible for safe launch activities & Training to inspector
- Day to day line problem analysis during T0, T1....
- Proficient in MS Office Software Including- word excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Review & Tracking of master sample and renewing and due verification.
- Preparing & Implementing Standard operating procedure & Work instruction for smooth functioning
- Awareness & On-job training to operators/inspectors during new product development.
- Responsible for prepare and update SOP, Quality alert, layout report, P.D.I. report, NC Register, 8D report, Product audit report, Process audit report, Inward inspection report, CAPA report, Daily rejection report.
- Working on In-house rejection and rework analysis.
- Ensure working as per quality plan and customer requirement; maintain quality documents.
- Responsible to ensure that all non-conformances are effectively manage and close on time by taking corrective action such that there are no repetitive problem and defect
- Good decision taking ability on part level while taking new part trail by verification fitment &functionally
- Have knowledge of SAP Data like, Material, Vendor, BOM, QA Module, Material Acceptance &Rejection, Stock Posting
- Have a knowledge instrument like Profile Projector, Vernier, Micrometer, Feeler Gauge, Bevel Protector, Plug Gauge, TPG, TRG, DHG, Plating THK tester, SST, Shore A hardness tester, Push pull meter.
